Charity Concierge Coins: Don't waste time queuing for the bar onsite - use one of these coins to send a Concierge to get your drinks, with queue jump. You can now use the coins towards a festival taxi, too!
Concierge coins are valid for use against Concierge services onsite. Concierges will be roaming the main arena at the festival and will, in exchange for a coin or payment (plus the cost of the drinks), bring you up to four drinks from the bar - with queue jump!
You can also use the currency to catch a Festival Taxi. Your coin will be worth £5 towards the trip - that is one internal trip or partial payment towards a taxi with a trailer, taking you from the festival entrances to the campsite or back again.
Currency value: Your Charity Concierge Coins are each valid for £5 to use against a Concierge service at the festival.
When & how you can use them: Drinks service: Concierges will be roaming the main area of the festival site and will, in exchange for a coin or payment, go to the bar and bring back up to four drinks (you also need to pay the cost of the drinks). Taxi service: There are festival taxi stops throughout the general and family campsites. They can take you from the festival entrance to your spot in the campsite or back again, or from the campsite right to the arena entrance. For full details including prices, see www.charityconcierge.org/latitude-festival-taxis
Where the money goes: The Charity Concierge service is run completely by Child.org, an international children’s charity working to give every child an equal opportunity in Kenya, Uganda, Ghana and Sierra Leone. See our website (http://child.org/what-we-do) for more information about where the money goes.
Further information: You can pick up your coins at the Charity Concierge HQ in the main arena (more detail will be sent to you about where and when you can do this via email prior to the event). The currency is non-refundable, and all donations go directly to the charity.
